which country or institution would be good for graduate studies?
am doing ACCA in uk and would like to move to another country offering scholarships for graduate business courses.i intend to settle in that particular country.thanks for advice

Check out the various Accounting/Business higher education organisation websites that exist for each country. (E.g. the US Association of Management would be a good place to start for that country.) Use goggle to find them or go to the national postgraduate student organisations for links. For the UK its www.npc.org.uk and they have links to their sister organisations. From there, follow the information superhighway (as we used to call the internet!).
