Which country is affordable and beautiful to study in, for environmental engineering?
Also i was wondering if most countries work in a semester system because I go to a UC and it works in a quarter system. So if i study in another country does that mean i have to skip two quarters no matter what? Also I was planning to transfer to UC Irvine my junior year(i am a sophomore right now). I want to transfer and study abroad but i am so confused, what should i do? please someone help me suggest what I should do?

the best thing for environmental engineering is to stay here in the u.s. yet in my opinion the east is better for environmental, that’s where Im going. By the way, if you go study to southern FL, you’ll have lots more chances in there.
