Study abroad question.?

Okay! I was really wanting to study abroad in college. So I’m looking at the list of countries and what you can study there. England, Australia, and Ireland all have nothing related to my major (art) through my college, but I keep looking and find that Italy (of course) has a lot related to my major. Right after I get all pumped, I remember that I don’t speak Italian. T.T

What do you think I should do? I can’t master a language in a year or so.

I go to an international school for the last four years. Check out Deree College of the American College of Greece. Its an english speaking school based on the American system. Although art is not a major available, there is an art history major. www.acg.edu

Check out some various programs. Many programs such as CEA and International Studies abroad don’t require a background in the language. In fact, they’ll give you lessons there in addition to your classes. I studied abroad in Mexico, and there were people in my group who didn’t know Spanish. They were put in a beginner’s level course.
