A brocher or packet of information from ASSE or Congress Bundestag online?
Another Question. If you have every been an exchange student with any of these programs, Did you enjoy it? What was it like? What do you think a good age would be to go?

You can go to www.csiet.org. That has a list of all organizations certified to operate in the U.S. From there, you can click on various websites and ask for information. You should also check with your school counselor, a program is only as good as the local representatives.
However, if you are looking for specific information on the Congress Bundestag scholarship program, here’s the state department web page on that topic. You’ll note that only certain organizations handle them.

In general, there are several quality programs: AFS, Aspect, YFU, Rotary and tons of really bad ones!
