If you went to a reputable university and did well there, and have since been employed in the field, I see you having no problem gaining admission to a reputable MBA program in the US, the UK or Australia. I suggest you look at the table I link, below, which shows the best MBA programs, worldwide. Pick one or two, and check their websites. They go into extensive detail on what you need to do, as an international student, in order to be admitted.

Note that admissions to the top MBA programs is extremely competitive, so you’ll have to do an evaluation of yourself to see what level of school you hope to gain entry to. Thus I’ve also attached a link to a list of rankings of US MBA programs, as that digs further into the schools of that particular country. In the US, it’s important that the MBA program be AACSB accredited, so check for that (all those on the list, below, are.)

In general, most US MBA programs will require you to take the GMAT exam. You may also need to take the TOEFL, but the school websites will explain all that. They’ll also tell you about tuition and fees.

In general, for master’s degrees, students are not given grants or scholarships. Students in the US take out loans. Foreign students are expected to be self-supporting: either via loans from home, or via their family, or via the sponsorship of their home government.

In general, for comperable MBA programs, the US would be most expensive (but often the most prestigious), followed by Australia, followed by the UK. But that’s talking generalities. You have to check costs with each school.

I heard from my friends from India that if you wish to continue to UK/US, it is difficult unless you have MBA and continue your career to those countries.

Are you interested in that? You can email me and I could help.
