American Universities have foreign students all the time. Most have special counselors that help organize this, too. First you should look at what schools would interest you. This will depend on what it is you would like to study and where in the US you want to go. A website like www.collegeview.com might help.

After you find some schools you’re interested in you should look at their requirements for foreign students, e-mail them with any questions you have and fill out the application.

You will also have to decide on how to finance your education. Unlike many European universities, even public US Universities and Colleges charge high tuition costs. You will have to count on paying at least $8-10,000 tuition per year, not including living expenses. Also contact individual colleges to find out if any type of financial aid would be available for you.
