i’m applying for graduate school…help in filling the application form?

there’s a question “have you applied for registration for a course elsewhere?” the fact is, i am applying to other schools, but what is the wisest way to answer this? should i say no? –> so they think they are my 1st choice

All graduate programs EXPECT students to apply to several other programs. We do not care if we are your first choice or not.

The entire point of the graduate application process is to get full funding by applying wisely, and widely. Do not worry about this issue at all.
