That is not the way it works. You want to pick schools that will provide the kind of training you want and have the level of reputation that you want. Then you can choose whether you will be able to afford the tuition, room and board there or in the region. For example, if you decided to take your MBA at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, you would find the tuition incredibly high (to my mind) but you could choose places to live within 20 minutes of campus by bus (or car or bike) that would cost half of what it cost to live next to campus. When done, you would have links to most of the businesses in Texas, especially North Texas. If you chose Stanford you might have less choices of housing, while Harvard would give you more but they would all probably be higher in cost. These are thousands of miles apart.
