How does one get around having to pay international student fees for UK universities or colleges?
i live in the Caribbean and would like to move to the UK to study.
i need a way around or to decrease the amount of fees i will pay as an international student

Unfortunately there isn’t really a way to do this, unless you live in the British Virgin Islands or somewhere. You have to be a resident of the UK for a certain set period before you can pay the British fees.
If you have a strong academic background you might get a tuition discount or a partial waiver of the international fees. That depends on the university and you would need to check with their international and financial offices.
The website http://www.educationuk.org/ has a search engine where you can look for private scholarships sorted by field of study or university.
