Some programs waive the experience requirement if you can demonstrate leadership through your extracurricular activities, social and community work, and your academic background. Experience, however, is a really important factor in your MBA. If you gain some experience, you will be able to better understand case studies, relate to your classmates who may have several years of work experience, and negotiate a better salary after graduation.

It depends on the program. I had now trouble going straight from undergrad to the MBA program. As long as your GPA and GMAT scores combine for the minimum for acceptance you should be OK.
