No, they just won’t give you credit for the course. It won’t affect whether you get accepted, unless of course you failed the class.

They won’t REALLY care, but you probably won’t get college credit for the course. The fact that you took the AP classes would probably look good as far as applying to schools goes, but you won’t get the credits. Sorry!
