I got a 115. The second time I took it, I didn’t read any of the questions and chose at random over a period of five minutes to see how low my score would be. Believe it or not, I made a 99 without even looking at one word on that IQ test! Not too much of a difference. If the average IQ is around 100 or 120, 99 isn’t that big of a gap, especially if I didn’t read a word they were asking. I think it’s a bunch of trial and error. If there is a question you don’t know and you say, “Hey, I think I’ll pick this one and see what happens,” that doesn’t mean you’re a genius. That means you guessed, and if you guessed it right, then there were less odds against you. You didn’t really know the complex reasons behind the question. You just GUESSED. Sure you can make “educated” guesses, but it is still 50/50 to some degree. And one thing I don’t get is the shapes. Who cares about the shapes?! I scored Word Warrior, but there were hardly any “words” on the test. Shapes and Math. That was it.

I scored 116 but, for some odd reason, I don’t feel like I am intellectually inferior to the higher scoring respondents to this question. Strange. Maybe it is because the first 4 respondents, for example, answered within 2 minutes of the question being posted. Apparently they are not just smart, they can bend time to their wills.

And if a bunch of people come on here saying their IQs are like 140, 160, 200, etc. they are lying or took some BS online test.

Most people on here are between 100 and 120.

160 up is where you get into Einstein, Newton, Descartes, Goethe, etc.

hmpth, i got 111 and i got 135 on the british IQ thing that was on tv couple of years ago lol, but i dont get how those general knowledge questions have anything to do with how high your IQ is??? when ur IQ is determined by your problem solving, analytical and process of ellimination capabilities

I I scored 136, which was a total surprise to me, my husband at the time scored 76, small wonder we eventually split up lol
