What I.Q should I have?
I am 14 and on three different online I.Q tests, I got an average of 139.
Am I an idiot, average, or smart?

First: yes, online tests are just for fun! But if you scored around 139, good for you! That means you’re pretty clever. I’m sure if you had yourself professionally tested, you’d be in the higher/smarter range! Technically speaking, 100 is average.
As for what IQ you should have, know that true IQ test scores are generally independent of age. There are a couple of different types of (official) IQ tests, though, so I don’t know about all of them. But they test how SMART you are (in a manner of speaking) naturally, which shouldn’t change to much as you get older. You’ll become more KNOWLEDGEABLE, but not really smarter.

These on line tests are for fun! They generally score you higher than the legitimate ones. Do not take those scores seriously.
