If you have a job that has down time, take your notes and study them. Make yourself flash cards to take with you on the road and read them at stoplights or in traffic (just don’t get in an accident). After you write the notes in class (if you still do that), come home when you get a chance and type them up. You really need to repeat the information to yourself a minimum of 3 times to remember it. Have someone quiz you at work using flash cards or your notes. If you know a teacher or someone majoring in education, ask them if they know about Foldables…they are a great way to study. Hope this helps.

I went to school full-time and work full-time. You have do give two days to just your studies. Leave that third day for rest and plan on doing something fun. If you have to use up that third day for homework once in awhile that fine. But if you don’t rest once a week you will burn out fast… and I mean fast. As far as study habits… I recommend doing a little right after the class. This way it is fresh in your mind. I just to just skim through the reading material and put 3 x 5 cards in the page. That way when I went back I knew which pages to check out and I would right my notes on the card. Then keep the cards in my car so I could study at work or any time I have a minute to spare. Good Luck the rewards are great once your done.

Study briefly every night before you go to bed, and then study every other chance you get. Try working full time and going to college full time, it was so much fun.
