Tips for the MAT exam?
I’m horrible at math so I decided to take the MAT exam in about three weeks…I know its all about vocabulary…has anyone taken it?
What did you do to prepare? Did you do well? Why? I need to some words of encouragment or advice about this exam….please help…i’m worried!

Get a prep book, and use it. I used two different books, one matched my learning style and one did not. My score went from 55 to 85 (on the old scoring out of 100) and that is a huge jump, mostly from understanding how the questions worked. Did you know that some of the analogies are relations between the words’ letter order – like the vowels are all in inverse alpha order?
Seriously, get a book, get two, from the library, from the book store, and take loads of practice tests.
