Since you are overseas now you should establish an email correspondance with a couple of colleges that you may want to attend and see what they advise as far as applying for admission and eventually receiving financial aid.

Where ever you live you can get student loans and finacial aid at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Don’t ever pay to file a fafsa there are website that do this. But this is the one that doesn’t. As far as finding a job, what ever college you decide to go to should have jobs, or at least a link on their website to help find a job in the area. I go to school in Minnesota and its not to bad.
