It seems to me that you want the degree. You said it yourself, “i don’t want to stop because i want to be a professional someday.” You need to find a better balance of work and school. If you need to, reduce your course load. Of course, this would delay your completion and have you juggling school and work a bit longer, but if you are taking too many classes at once, you may need to reduce the course-load.

I know it isn’t easy doing what you are doing, but it doesn’t last forever. I did the same thing when getting my degrees. I really didn’t like the trouble of doing both, but a few years after completing my BA I decided to go for it again and get my MA. And I had a wife, but was able to manage it.

The time will pass and things will get better. Just think about how great it will be when you are done: you will have MUCH more time and you will be able to make much more money. The difficulty and sacrifice will be something to be proud of, and you will NEVER regret it. I promise.

Good luck!

Wow, you know the meaning of “busy”! You know, a lot of people seem to think that the more you spend studying, the more successful/well-scored you will be on tests, etc. Not true! Make sure to make time for yourself. The best thing to do is study every chance you get and, before an exam, see a movie. Or, alternatively, watch a show, or something that you like that doesn’t waste too much time. Relax. Unwind. Sleep before an exam is *invaluable*! You must be sure of yourself, and what you know. If you are, you get to this weird nirvana state, where, even though you work 24/7 (trust me, I’ve been there.. I’m not out of that schedule for long, either :p), you still feel like everything’s great. The key to this, of course, is studying well. The best way to study is to explain to yourself, or to a willing study buddy, the details of what you will be tested on. Out loud. Works wonders. This will make you confident, and rightly so. And don’t get bad prrevious grades get you down. It’s in the past. Try not to worry. It seems hard not to, but learn to be painfully, unbelievably, surreally optimistic without losing focus on the present.

Oh, and, never, EVER, study when you don’t feel like it. If you just stare at the book and nothing seems to make sense, put it down, and go do something nice. Come back to it later. Try to breathe inspiration and excitement into every study session. Read your bok and notes and visualize how cool/neat/useful/awesome/etc the stuff you’re learning is (even if it actually isn’t so much :p). Be in awe of your subjects, learn to appreciate them. Thsi wil make you a better student, and a much more efficient student, which is what you sem to be, ultimately looking for.

This is a noble endeavor! Don’t give up! I’m rooting for you.

Could you take fewer classes at once, so you could get some more sleep?

If you can’t, the answer sort of depends on how much longer you need to get your degree. I think you should stay in school, but look at optioons that allow you to do this, AND get enough sleep.

A lot of starbucks coffee helps. You should never quit school it will help you accomplish something that you want to do. Drop your course load if necessary, but do not completely quit. You will regret it unless you love the job you are at.

I say dont quit, just do less credits at a time.. it will take you longer to graduate but honestly I think it’d be worth it. Good luck… I know you will be so happy when you finish! Keep going!

be cool, stay in school 😉 haha
