SAT v. ACT?

I’ve taken SAT, but not ACT. Which one’s easier?

If you’re a math/analytical minded person, ACT is easier, but for the verbal/literary mind, the SAT is easier. ACT is geared more towards math-based professions, (at least it was when I took it), wheras the SAT is more balanced and has a larger portion of writing/verbal questions.

Personally the SAT is easier than the ACT, and all colleges accept the SAT, whereas not all accept the ACT. To prepare for the SAT, you should get the princeton review guide along with the tutorfox new sat guide. Good luck!

Neither are easier. I took both, and I did better in the math on the ACT then the SATs. But the science on the ACTs was really hard. I just took both to see where my better score would come out of. It ended up SAT for me. It wont hurt to take both!

in the ACT evrything counts less because there is science. if you arent good at like math or reading maybe the ACT’s would be better. the SATs each test counts as 1/3 and the ACTs are 1/4

It varies for each person. If you didn’t like your SAT scores, try the ACT.

Well I got in college thanks my ACT score, so I would think ACT is a bit easier. But this was over a decade ago when I took it, so it may be harder now.
