SAT II help?

So, I’m a sophomore and I haven’t done any SATs, not even PSAT. Is that bad?

However, for my subject SATs, I know I wanna take chemistry. My writing tutor told me that college board is the publisher that is best for SAT books. But, I can’t find any books on SAT II chemistry from college board. Am I blind or is that how it really is?

I also heard REA isn’t too bad. What do you think?

I’m extremely confused. Help! ๐Ÿ˜€

the kaplan (which I think is the college board book anyways)SAT II book on chemistry is pretty good. Since chem was one of the SAT IIs I took ill offer a little advice. Only take the exam it if you are taking honors chemistry. I would say the exam was similar to my chem final. the only section thats a pain is the relationship analysis section (or as my chem teacher put it “if, then, else or none”. When you start prepping you will know what I mean. The is one of the highest scored SAT II exams with an average around 630. I got a 720 on it and was satisfied with my score.

You’re a sophmore, don’t freak. You have a year until you have to worry about SAT 2’s. Take the PSAT soph year, then go onto the SAT’s in junior year. Depending on your college choice, you might not even need SAT IIs.

For me, I prefer barrons to collegeboard books. Go to your local library or barnes and noble, and sit down in their test prep section and look through all the books. find one you like, and go with that.
