Practice tests for the Praxis I?

I’m taking the PPST test in reading, writing and math on August 4th. I’ve visited the website and taken the tests from the website and done very well, however I would like to practice others and get example questions but none are available. I know there is a book you can download or puchase to practice, but I don’t want to have to pay for a practice test, does any former taker of the Praxis I have any website suggestions?

Sorry, but I haven’t been able to find much out there either. Most sites have only a few questions, most of them quite basic. I ended up buying a book, mainly to work on the math portion. Geometry is NOT my subject! A practice book is well worth the investment, though.

On the ets website there are 24 practice questions. You have to click on the the specifics of the school psychology test. Also you can purchase their e-book. The price was not bad…I think around $25. That has a full test in it. I’m looking around for additional practice tests as well. I’ll be taking the test in April. Good Luck jmg

I do not know about the websites but I can tell you a little about the environment you are in when you take the test. They have booths set up next to one another. You get a set of headphones and I think it is 4 peices of scrape paper and 2 pencils that is all you are allowed to take in. You sit in front of a computer and take the test. I am pretty sure if you are taking reading, writing, and math you are taking the Praxis III test. Each subject is concidered Praxis I put all three together and you get Praxis III. Also if I remember right you are allowed a break inbetween if you chose to take it. Good luck with your test, I hope you pass. I hope I helped you out some.
