Ok i’m in the 7th grade and i’m in NC and i got into that duke tip thingy i’m taking the SAT what should i do?

I mean like to practice like what websites should i go to to Train for the SAT i’m in the 7th grade and i just need a goo website to go to so i can practice. ~Alyssa~ OH and thanks for the help!

I was in the Duke tips thing too in the seventh grade and I didn’t do anything to practice for the test, but it helped give me an idea what taking an SAT that counts in high school would be like. In high school they’ll usually give you a free practice SAT each year until your senior year to help prepare you, but the Duke thing will just give you an idea sooner what it’ll be like.

As far as practice questions go, just search for SAT practice tests or go to college board at http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/prep_one/prep_one.html for their practice tests.

I did that when I was in 7th grade. Get ready for the most boring 5 hours of your life. You really don’t have to do anything to prepare for it. It won’t count against you and chances are you won’t know much of the stuff anyway. But if you really wan’t to get some practice questions just try typing SAT practice questions in a search engine.

You don’t need to take the SAT until 11th grade. You’ll save time and money if you take it then. I’m from New York so North Carolina might be different but I’m pretty sure it’s the same throughout the whole U.S.
