Is an IQ of 131 at the age of 12 good?
I took an online test 2 times the first time I didn’t grasp some of the concepts but when I retook it I understood more of the questions.

Online IQ tests are not accurate at all! Some tests tend to overestimate your score while others tend to underestimate it. A lot of online testing sites are just trying to sell you something.
Taking the same test twice is kind of like cheating. You had an unfair advantage by taking the same test twice.
IQs are relatively constand after early childhood, so if your IQ is 131 now it will always be around 131.
A score of 131 is above average. The average score is 100. Gifted is above 130.

The on-line IQ tests while fun and entertaining aren’t accurate reflections of your true IQ.
Don’t let some silly on-line IQ test tell you if you are smart or not. Your ability to grasp concepts, to make wise decisions, your grades, your compassion, et. al. are much better indicators of how intelligent you are.

130 and above is genius level. Most people’s IQ is just around 100 or so. Less than that means you’re stupid or if below 70 is considered retarded.
