read, read up to6 hours read everything from fiction to literary , to literary criticism aso try to read newaspaper like scientific american , ny post . these are excel newaspaper that will become the passage of sat on reading section . read scarlet , moby dick , great expectation , wuther height .excel book for sat . boost or enhance vocabulary and reading skill . also try to read a dictionary is fun you learn lot of word you don’t understand . do plenty of sat math from sat study guide line , barron , peterson and mcgraw . more , practice workbook , do level 1 and level 2 math from sat subject test or sat II

You need to at the very least buy a strategy book. The SAT is a strategy based exam, unlike the SAT II and ACT which are knowledge based exams. If you can’t read an SAT strategy book, go to a prep course.
