I need help?

I learnt that i need to bring two No.2 pencils to the SAT venue when i am taking the SAT(6th October 2007),but i bought a pencil that has “STAEDTLER Noris HB 2” written on it.Can i use the for the SAT?(I think the SAT administrators just require dark pencils for shading, but i wonder if it is the pencils above are ok.I need answer from guys who have written the SAT and probably know about the pencils written above so that i could know if it is good enough).I need genuine answers.

Yes, those pencils are fine. basically scantrons will read any pencil as long as its dark enough. Even when you mark your answers super light, barely shading, you’d be surprised it still reads (i know ppl that mark their answers very lightly). No 2 pencils are just any wooden pencils with HB 2 or B2 marking on them indicating the graphite type. When i took the SATs i used lead pencils (mechanical pencils) only because i like the finer tip, and just had random pencils i found lying around the house for backup. Dont worry so much about such miniscule details, as long as you’re prepared youll do fine. But dont forget a good eraser!
