I am wondering what the exam would consist of. Is it difficult? Is there anywhere online that I could see some practice exams?

Thanks!

Well, someone would have to have a basic knowledge of how to use the applications in microsoft 2003. I just got out of that class and we had to know how to make an excel spreadsheet including using formulas, able to make a powerpoint presentation, able to use access to create at least 2 tables that are linked and are formulated to work cohesively, able to correctly use applications in word to type and print professional/college level material. My final consisted of doing not only a written knowledge examination covering each of these applications and the terminology associated with each, but also a practical application using each of these interchangeably just as they were intended to be able to do.
