I’m having trouble with my left hand fingering in my E and A flat major arpegios.?
Does anybody know the fingering for my left hand?

I think you’re struggling with “barre chords.” Just to be safe, I’ll explain what they are. Barre chords are when you barre (bar) a fret with your index finger.
For Eb:
1. barre the 6th fret starting from the A string, leaving the E (not e) open
2. use your ring finger and press down on the 8th fret, D string
3. use your pinky finger and press down on the 8th fret, G string
***and if you meant a regular E, just move your whole hand up one fret
for Ab:
1. barre all the strings on the 4th fret
2. use your ring finger and press down on the 6th fret, A string
3. use your pinky finger and press down on the 6th fret, D string
4. use your middle finger and press down on the 5th fret, G string
