Grade point average……hey, my current gpa is 2.2 and im in my junior year of highschool…?

Is it possible to raise it to a 2.8…3 …3.2 somewhere along those lines, before colleges start looking at me>

If you get straight As this year your GPA will be 2.8

[ (2.2 + 2.2 + 4.0) / 3 ].

If you apply to colleges the first half of your senior year, that is the GPA they will see.

If you continue with straight As for your senior year your GPA will be 3.1

[ (2.2 + 2.2 +4.0 + 4.0) / 4 ].

These calculations assume the same number of credits each year.

I agree with the other guy, it’ll be very hard. Build up your extra curriculars, volunteer & try to get a few community references.
