GCSE English – my grade?
I got a grade B in my GCSE English exam.
I feel really upset because i was expected to get an A.
Is a B still any good?

Of course it is! Most universities only expect a grade C or above, a grade B for some more competitive courses like medicine or law. I’ve never seen anyone ask for an A before. If you want to do an English degree, it’s the A-level that’s most important so just work your socks off for that!
