I believe second person is “you”. So think choose your own adventure books or a simlation type story. “You are walking throught the grocery store. You need two loves of bread. You pick up some bread, and then you decide to go get some cheese.”

Maybe it is a person narrating in their head the actions of someone else around them. For example the whole story could be told my John but about Jane. But I don’t really know at all. I mean, at all.
