what is a shimboogle?
my friend told me if i found out what a shimboogle is shed give me 100 bucks. ive never heard of it and shes assured me its a real word. so what is it?

Can we share the hundred bucks? I looked “Shim” in the dictionary, and its says it’s a thin often tapered piece of material (wood, metal, or stone) to fill in space between things for support, leveling, or adjustment. It would be kind of like a angled, wood door stop. Possibly a wall, maybe a name of a game, A real word would be in the dictionary, and it’s not. As far as boogle, there is nothing, but boogey man.
Maybe you know what she’s talking about. As I see it, you should get the bucks because it’s not a real word.

beats me. According to yahoo, boogle is a word game and shim is an engineering term. Are you sure you are spelling it correctly and your friend is not pulling your leg?
