Language arts for EBD students?
Does anyone have any curriculum ideas for a language arts class for EBD students? They are 9th-12th graders and very behaviorally challenged. Any help would be appreciated!

My first suggestion is to determine grade level ability so you know what your students don’t know. Next, plan to teach multiple grade levels as these students will all have their own IEP. Last, teach the necessary skills within the context of other subjects whenever you can.
