Yes both are grammatically correct although in the first, the more common usage would be to add ‘got’ after ‘you’.

If they are wearing something weird or stupid then shout it out at them and tell them! ” Dude…..what have you on your ears?”
But if there’s nothing wrong with their ears then go up to them and..” Say nothing!”
Or if you wanna be funny Go up to them and say (if you know them lol) ” Dude….you have nothing on your ears!”
