If you have a bill with any one that reports to a credit company then you probably could get another as long as you paid the first one back This gives you good credit. If you go back to the same place you got money from in the first place they usually won’t even check your credit since you paid them back on time in the First place. Just go talk to them. I’m sure things will work out for you.

yes you should still be eligible for aid as long as you meet all the other guidelines such as income, and satisfactory academic progress. which is not all that hard.
