about how much do occupational therapists make per 30 min or 1 hour session??
if they have there own, private practice?? not at a school.

hi…my son has down syndrome and has been seeing a occupational therapist since birth. Our insurance company sends detailed statements of his therapy…so I went and looked it up. here in SE Wisconsin our therapy is $75 per session, with the sessions being approx. 45 minutes long. hope this helped with your question! occupational as well as all the other therapies that he has received have been great. It is a wonderful field to get into…I wish you all the best.

I have had therapy with my son for 2 yrs at Easter Seals and was charged $220/hr (in central IL)I think it varies by area, experience and demand for services.
