i tried to find what you want, but i found that is really a hard question.>.< however, i found some documaents about the topic. and i think you may change your mind about the thsis of your essay. i found a document called 'ationalism,Naticolonialism,Neutralism'. there's a sentence in it: we may regad the Amercian Revolution and the birth of French revolution in many ways as the begining of the age of Neutralism.'
