From my grad 2 classes:

30 days has September, April, June, and November, all of the rest have 31 except for January which has 28, or 29 on leap year!

The one I learned as a child is:-

30 days hath September, April, June and November.

All the rest have 31, except February which has 28 days clear, with 29 in each Leap Year.

Overall, very nice and a fitting tribute showing your love. My only critique is the last two lines of stanza one. Seems dark and reads a bit choppy. You continue on to paint the spirit of her in the garden and lawn, would not the house be the same or am I missing something like an unexplained death at the house? Obviously just my opinion, as always feel free to disregard.
