Quit while you can! I have been smoking for 2 years and I have tried and everytime school or work stresses me out I pick them right back up… So quit now!
As far as things to relieve stress, take a nice drive alone, listen to some chill music and just think about nothing but the road! This always seemed to help me when I was up at 4am studying for finals! And another great stress relief for me was hitting the gym. If you are in desperate need, take a jog or something, it really does a great job of clearing your thoughts, then you can come back to your studies and feel a little more relaxed and you will be able to think more clearly!

not good for your health or your wealth !~ try different reliefs —a quick walk around the block clears the mind oxygenates the brain exercises the body. You could also try a hot bath with soothing bath oil fragrances. Just try anything different other than coffee and cigarettes both bad for health one worse than the other and addictive you may have trouble cutting out even after the stress is over. So try to do other things now don’t add troubles to your life good luck and just keep trying even an attept is good.
