Education has always been a bitter experience for most of the students… coping with heavy books, homework, boring lectures… a real headache! Well, in the quote “The roots of education is bitter” points towards the same situation, where children start taking their studies as a burden and start feeling bitter with them. However, it’s their performance in studies that shapes their career… the more they toil and labor… the more sweet fruit (of good job with good income) they get. Hence it is stated that fruit of education is sweet… though the labor is considered as bitter.

The roots of education ARE sweet… this means that no matter how hard and boring learning might seem,in the end it’s all been worth it and you will be able to enjoy reaping the benefits e.g. great job, intelligent conversation.
