Usually good programs take at least a year and a half. I also don’t like that trade school programs consist of mostly gen eds, and then only a handful of classes in your major. My mindset was that if I’m paying to go to college, then I want to experience what it has to offer and get plenty of education in my field. A community college degree in business might be okay. If you go for your associates it’ll probably take 2 years, but most 4 year schools will accept your degree and won’t make you take any more gen-eds at their school. This requires that you actually graduate and get the associates. I think that’s a lot safer plan than going to a trade school that isn’t a community college. Real estate is a 6 month program usually, and sometimes that is a good thing that can hold people over while they go to college. However it fluctuates a lot with the housing market. So yeah, I’d say community college is your best bet.
