Does anyone know weight loss sayings or phrases (thinspiration)? Any other sayings to look over each day?

I know of two weight loss phrases. They are “Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” & “A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips.” Does anyone know of anymore thinspirational sayings. I need something!

Are there any other sayings you’d like to share? Sayings like “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”

I just have to say that I really hope you are working with a doctor with this regardless of your weight. If you are under 200 pounds you should ask your doctor to see if you really need to loose weight or not. There’s a formula that tells what a respectable weight is for your age and gender. Good luck!

I’ve lost 5 kilos in my first week. It’s my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
