Write about how you will take ESL classes where you can improve your grammar. Write about you will watch educational English programs on TV. These educational programs have 1 to 2 hours of English courses every day. They teach you alphabets to proper way of writing. You can also improve English by reading. Pick an easy book first. Read and if you don’t understand a word…look it up in the dictionary.

You can promise your self that you will only speak in English. By interacting with others, your English will be improved.

Simple, surround yourself with those who speak, read and write it better than you. If you’re part of a certain ethnicity, it’s great to be among those of your background who understand each other well in a foreign environment, but it leaves little room for improvement to try to learn the language of the country you’re in. For instance and in this particular case, it’s English. The library is free and there are tons of books one has access to so that anyone can improvise. I guess you can say that it depends on the individual’s need and/or want to learn that is the driving force behind their seeking knowledge.
