What you need to do now is negotiate with your instructors. Tell them the truth. You were ill, and still not feeling strong, and you feel overwhelmed. Some teachers will be hard-edged and say “This is it. Do it on time or fail,” but some teachers may give you a time-line to complete the work. A few will give you alternative assignments that may take less time but still give you the basic lessons. (You may have to accept a reduced grade for the reduced work…only fair.)

It isn’t your fault that you were ill or that you are still feeling weak, but the work is your responsibility. Many teachers will be glad you asked rather than ignoring the problem, and they’ll be more likely to give you the help you need than if you just sit in your room and whine about how unfair it all is.
