Who can I get to help serve hot lunches at son’s high school?
The school levy failed so now hot lunches are out. Is there anyone local company I should solict to provide hot lunch choices at a reduced price? Like a catering company that would provide hot lunch for students for a year’s contract but a a reduced price. I really appreciate andy help–it’s very important the kids. Thanks in advance!!

Our school uses a company called Aramark…they are reasonably priced and also allow for reduced or free lunches for low income families.
I don’t know how long a contract they require but I guess it might be worth a phone call.

This doesn’t really sound right. Don’t public schools HAVE to provide meals? I mean, that’s a federal thing because of students on “free and reduced” status.
You can try putting this out to bid, but school lunches are so subsidized by the government that I doubt any company would bid on them … see my comments on “free and reduced” above!

There are companies that specialise in school lunches, google them in your area.
Or watch Supersize Me and call the company that provides healthy school lunches, even better!
