What to Expect in Middle School?
How’s it different from elementary? And I want the detailed truth than just: “more teachers and hw”. Please? Once you enter, are you immedately sorted into those cliches/ group? Do people hit on you like on TV shows? Acne starts when you go to Middle school, right?

You probably won’t get to see your close friends a lot unless, your school isn’t really populated. So it depends, I had to wait till after school or try to find a minute to talk to them over passing period. (population: 2,000) I didn’t decorate my locker, there isn’t really any need to since your only going to be there for two years or three years and well people don’t hang around there locker looking at there pretty things. And no, you don’t have a room to change into your PE clothes. Some people go into the bathroom though, but its not worth it. Just change there, its not like anyone is going to stare at you. And I think middle school is way more different then elmentary. First because you change classes, second you see different people, last school goes by fast. When i was in 7th grade, yeah people were immature to put people in cliches. Screw them hang with whomever. I did and it was so much better then sticking with a group. People hit on you like on TV shows?? Uhm, ive never heard of that but i dont think so. Boy are very very immature. ANd yeah people usually begin have achne in middle school but it goes away soon enough. Ohh and homework/teachers wise, well school was pretty easy, it wasnt hard, and if it for you dont take it to stressful ms isnt really importatnt. Teachers are fun to talk about theres alway different characteristics. My friends and I sometimes talk about them and how uncool they are.
my tips:
be chill and nice.
talk to who is every around you in class. (gets you friends)
have a lot of fun.
enjoy middle school those were the best two years ever!
Decorating lockers is up to you. You might want to put up photos and stuff you like. It’s not like you have to, though.
Middle school is kind of like the stuff you see on TV and movies, but it’s also very different. On TV and movies, everything is overblown and exaggerated. There will be cliques, but they probably won’t be just like High School Musical or whatever.
Unfortunately, when you go to PE, you won’t have a private place to change. It sucks, but you have to deal with it. My advice is to act like changing in front of the other girls doesn’t bother you. If you act like it does, you might be made fun of.
As to acne, well, it can start any time. It’s more about puberty than a certain grade. I started getting it in gradeschool. Just talk to your parents about facial soap for acne if you get it. That should help.
Once you get used to your new school, you’ll be fine. You’ll stay friends with some people and make a bunch more new ones. Don’t be intimidated, because everyone is feeling the same way you are. They just won’t look like they are!
Good luck!
To answer your questions…uhm. You might get to see them often. Perhaps in lunch or maybe you have them in your classes, and in the halls. We didnt have lockers in middle school so i cant answer that, sorry lol. And…you can change in front of everyone or you change in the bathroom stalls inside of the locker room. Middle school is harder but not toooo hard. At least i didnt think so. Dont really know what to tell you what to expect. There really isnt such thing as cliches/groups, so dont believe that. People DO NOT hit you like in shows, no one is like that…unless you get into a fight, then youre screwed but other than that no. And yes, acne does start in middle school if you hit puberty.
Good luckkk
