Well kid, here’s the straight poop: You don’t need to pass any subjects to be an actress. The truth is, many famous actresses didn’t finish high school and did poorly in school. (There are some notable exceptions of successful actors who graduated university with honors.) A great actor or actress however, needs to study their craft seriously and work at it hard…. that means acting school, workshops, taking lousy parts, having the look that a director or producers is seeking at the time ….. it’s a very , very hard life and most people in the theatre are not rich and famous, they struggle their entire lives , but love what they do. That doesn’t mean however, that you shouldn’t try hard at school and do as well as you possibly can. Every kid wants to be an actress… rich, famous and loved by millions…… but as the chances of you succeeding are very, very slim…… it would be a good idea to do well in school, so that you have options………

and it might be that when you grow up, you might want to do something else besides fulfill the ambitions of the 8th grader from 2007….. doing well in school will let you do that.

I would try my best in every class. While it is true that you donm’t really ned an education to become an actress, you will need to have something to fall back on while you are waiting. A lot of out of work actors and actresses wait on tables, but wouldn’t it be great to actually make some real money while you’re waiting? Also, what if you find out that you are not good enough to make it on Broadway or in Hollywood? Better to be safe than sorry.

You dont need school to be an actress you just have to be a good actress and thats it. You can audition to movies, commercials ect without passing school. Some of the recent actors are school drop-outs. But i would recommend to be in school just in case you don’t want to be an actress anymore, and have something to fall back on.

Although acting is a rewarding job, there isn’t a set career path for it. Many people go to art schools that have specific drama programs. Many just start with local plays and troupes.

Take as much science and math as you can. It can only help you in the long run. Also, you might want to bone up on your English as well.

Take the classes that are the most challenging. Speech classes, and english classes are a must. Those are good because then you can practice memorizing things. Also, you will have a greater vocabulary.

you try hard in all of your classes now. You are only in the 8th grade and you might change your mind before you graduate. Do good now so that you can be prepared for anything that comes your way.

Any stupid c*** can be an actress. Just ask Paris or Lindsey.

Some people take acting classes. A lot of actresses just sleep around until they find someone to put them in front of a camera.
