I would say that the colleges with the best “customer service” are small colleges. I have spoken to many large schools who are so busy they wont give you the time of day. Although, I have talked to a couple of small schools who were not very “friendly”(and I am being generous). It really depends on who is working there and sometimes you just have employees that dont care, regardless of how good the school is. So usually small schools are more accommodating but it varies, just like everything else…

I wish I could answer that, but I know the colleges in the Southwest don’t. But maybe that can be said about any college because they deal with so many people and are money driven.
Just find a college that you like.
