You gave no indication how many days you were absent or what your record for absence was in the past. Was your school notified during your absence about the reason for it.

What grade are you in? It sounds like you are repeating thee 9th grade although you do not say so.

Your written English is quite poor. You obviously missed a great deal of work that you needed. How many days were you absent during the past school year?

It may not be so bad if you repeat the grade. Your English writing is very poor. It does not meet the standards for a high school ninth grader. Look at your lack of promotion to be something that in reality may turn out to be good for you. Use this schoo year for the remediation that you obviously need.
