You can have everyone bring in old paperback books and sell them. A bake sale never fails. You could have a contest; have parents pledge which student can jump or hop the greatest number of times. (I do not know how old you are so this might not be age appropriate.) You could have a contest to see which student can run the fastest. You can have “crazy hat day”; “pajama day”, ” or “slipper day” or have another crazy theme day. Have each student bring in $1.00 dollar; the winning student will get some kind of gift that can be bought from the donations and the rest can go towards the trip.

Car washing, bake sales, used clothing sale (keep prices low enough to sell the items), fall window washing at someone’s home, as well as leaf raking. People could hire a student to help trim the yard, help around the house for a few hours. You could have a “Hire the Help you Need”.

You can start Christmas carols as early as today. Hope you raise big amounts good luck.
