Keep yourself busy. The more pressure is on you, you’ll probably take time more seriously. Try helping with cooking and preparing meals, doing more chores, that kind of thing. Have a journal to write in to write down what you’ve accomplished during the day, keep to a schedule. Don’t sleep at midnight, too. Ask friends if you chat with them to constantly remind you what to do. Have an alarm clock set to tell you when to stop playing or lounging around. Hope I helped =).

Procrastination is an art. I know this because my older brother is President Emeritus of the Procrastinators Club of America. Years ago when Easy Rider magazine first came out we both applied for subscriptions, one of the ads in that rag said you can sign up for this club, just send for an application. My brother sent for the application and four years ago sent it in. They sent him a plaque with his name on it in gold under the heading President Emeritus because it took him at least thirty years to send in the application.

Focus, get it done as quickly as you can, and then you won’t have to worry about it for the rest of the day. Getting it done quickly will relieve some of the stress that comes with procrastination.
