Sources of descriptive phrases for story writers?
I have a book called The Romance Writers’ Phrase Book, which has thousands of descriptive phrases, such as “she watched with smug delight.” I know most of them are cliched, but having them on hand is still useful, since I can change them around to suit my own story. I take a lot of creative writing classes, so I’m always on the lookout for inspiration.
Are there other books like this? Internet sites, maybe?

The romance writer’s phrasebook is probably the best example of what you’re talking about.
